Refund Policy
Effective September 28, 2026
All moreDS plans are digital services delivered instantly and paid one month at a time. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. All payments are final and non-refundable.
1. Digital products
moreDS is operated by EL FAITAH LLC. Everything we sell, including plans and any add-ons, is a one-time purchase of a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Access to your plan’s features is delivered through your account immediately after your payment is confirmed.
2. All sales are final
All payments are non-refundable. Because the Service is digital and available to you as soon as you pay, we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges, including for:
- partial periods, or time left on your plan when you stop using it;
- features or data you did not use;
- moving to a lower plan;
- dissatisfaction with third-party data, products or suppliers found through the Service;
- accounts suspended or closed for breaching our Terms of Service.
Please review the features of a plan before you buy it, and contact us with any questions first.
3. Billing errors
If you were charged in error, for example charged twice for the same purchase, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. When we confirm the error, we will refund the incorrect amount to your original payment method. Refunds for errors can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
4. Plan periods and renewal
- Each payment gives you one month of access to the plan you chose, starting when the payment is confirmed.
- Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge your card again on our own. There is no subscription to cancel: when your month ends, paid features simply stop until you renew.
- To continue, renew from Plans & billing in your account whenever you like. Each renewal is a new one-time payment and is also non-refundable.
- A renewal starts a new month on the day you pay. If you renew before your current month ends, the days left on it are not carried over, so it is usually best to renew when your month runs out.
- Free trials and free plans may be provided based on availability and are subject to change. They never turn into a paid plan automatically.
5. Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your consent. By completing a purchase and accessing your plan straight away, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Where such a law applies, we will honour it.
7. Payment disputes
If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. Chargebacks for valid charges may lead to your account being suspended, as described in our Terms of Service.
